These prestigious wines, renowned for their elegance, finesse, and depth, perfectly complement the culinary journey of the evening. The Frerejean Frères Champagne house, although established relatively recently in 2005, is backed by a family connected to the legendary Taittinger dynasty. It stands out for its artisanal approach, using only grapes from the finest Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, along with exceptionally long aging—up to 12 years—resulting in remarkable depth and elegance.
