Michelin recommended Artesse by Juanlu Fernández Restaurant offers an original tasting menu based on reconstructed cuisine which draws on several-hundred-years-old recipes of Polish and European fine dining.
In the Artesse by Juanlu Fernández culinary studio, compositions are created from the highest quality ingredients collected from carefully selected suppliers and the menu is built on the basis of the old culinary calendar.
In 2024 restaurant joined the prestigious group of establishments recommended by the Michelin Guide.
In April 2025 the patronage over the Artesse restaurant was taken by Juan Luis Fernández - a world-class chef, winner of two Michelin stars, winner of the One Knife award in the Best Chef Awards 2024 ranking, owner of the LÚ Cocina y Alma restaurant in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.

We are the only hotel chain to introduce completely gluten-free dishes to our restaurants. Safe for guests with severe gluten intolerance, dishes are prepared in the certified Trattoria Sano - Gluten Free restaurant. Delicious, gluten-free dishes in jars can be eaten on site in the restaurant or taken away.
