In the Artesse culinary studio, compositions are created from the highest quality ingredients collected from carefully selected suppliers and the menu is built on the basis of the old culinary calendar.

We are the only hotel chain to introduce completely gluten-free dishes to our restaurants. Safe for guests with severe gluten intolerance, dishes are prepared in the certified Trattoria Sano - Gluten Free restaurant. Delicious, gluten-free dishes in jars can be eaten on site in the restaurant or taken away.
